Peer mentorship for women
EmpowHER matches you one-on-one with a trained peer mentor for weekly connection — honest accountability, practical tools, and someone who understands the road because she has walked it.
Why EmpowHER exists
At EmpowHER, we believe true empowerment begins with connection. Through mentorship, supportive relationships, and a structured path forward, we help women access the strength, resilience, and potential that already exist within them.
Through guidance, accountability, and a community of women who understand and support one another, participants gain the tools and confidence to navigate challenges, build healthier habits, and move forward with purpose. We also equip mentors to pour into others, creating a ripple effect of growth, support, and transformation.
Our mission is to help every woman discover her strength, embrace her potential, and access the power within.
What this program is
EmpowHER is a structured peer mentorship program for women navigating struggles with internet use and related behaviors. It connects you with a trained peer mentor who offers lived-experience support, accountability, encouragement, and consistent weekly connection. This is not a drop-in support group — it is designed for real, sustained progress over time.
One mentor, thoughtfully paired with you — a woman with lived experience who has done meaningful work on herself and is in a grounded, stable place.
One hour a week in a flexible format, primarily phone calls, so the relationship stays consistent rather than occasional.
Encouragement paired with straight talk, plus practical tools you can actually use between calls.
A respectful relationship with clear boundaries, held inside a program with real structure behind it.
